California 에는 18세기에 세워진 21군데의 Mission 이 있습니다.

San Diego 로부터 San Francisco 에 이르는 바다에서 멀지 않은 곳, 말 타고 하루 거리를 따라 건축되었습니다.

30년 전 미국으로 이사 오자마자 모두 탐방할 계획을 세웠는데 아직 11군데밖에 가보지 못했습니다.

먹고 사는 문제가 만만치 않네요.

이 사진은 San Juan Capistrano 에 위치한 곳이며 1776년11월1일 준공된 곳입니다.
