대충 대충~~~

요리란걸 해본지가 언제인지

오늘 오랫만에

파프리카,오이,  계란, 맛살, 새우 를 채썰어 겨자 소스에 버므리는

새콤 달콤  톡쏘는 겨자채를 만들어 봤습니다

.


사실은 음식 사진 첫도전 입니다~!

    음식사진 전문가 하셔도 되겠습니다. ㅎ 조명을 많이 높여 뎁스만 더 확보가 되면 멋진 음식사진이 나오겠는데요.

    알미늄 포일로 반사판을 만드시면 거창한 조명장비가 없어도 실내사진에 도움이 된답니다.

    언젠가 스시 쿠킹 클래스에서...
    스시우먼은 적당치 않다고 그러더라구요
    스시는 신선도를 유지해야 하는데
    여자손이 남자보다 따땃해서 어렵다고...
    그래서 스시 배우는거 접었습니다...ㅋㅋ
    대신 만들지는 못해도 먹으러 갈수는 있습니다 날짜 잡으시죠.
