Basically, it's the printer profiles for popular photo places in Atlanta/Georgia. When you bring your photos for print, convert your images to the right profile, and it'll ensure the most matching color from what you see in the monitor and the printer.
Personally, I use Duluth Costco for 12x18 and below because they are quite cheap and the printer they use is exceptionally good (Noritsu). They print 12x18 for $2.99 each, and if you do that outside, expect to pay $10+.
