시골농장들 가운데에 길이 약 2 Km, 폭 500 M 정도가 되는 호수가 있습니다....

배를 타고 놀수 있도록 시설도 되어있고...

호수 가운데에 조그만 섬도 있습니다....

그런데...

주변의 농부들은 호수의 물을 끌어다 쓰지를 못합니다..

그래서 농장에다 이렇게 물길을 파고 비가오면 물을 저장합니다...

호수 주변으로 모두가 국유림 숲으로 쌓여있고 

한쪽에 조그만 부분이 농장과 붙어있었는데...

언제인가 주정부에서 이지역에 야생동물들이 살수있는 숲이 부족하다고

숲으로 만들기 위해 보호구역으로 만들어 버렸습니다...




그런데......

호수를 따라서 폭 30M 정도의 잔듸밭 길이 둘러있고 

소나무들이 줄을 맞추어 심어져 있습니다...

그리고 이 호수 옆자락에 집이 한채 있습니다..


이 호수 주인의 별장입니다......


주변 농부들은 이 호수에서 배를 띄우지 못합니다..

물을 끌어다 쓸수도 없습니다....


이 호수는 주말에만 와서 놀다가는 개인의 사유재산이기 때문입니다......

    법과 원칙이 우선되는 사회... 그 반면에 한국적 인간미는 많이 부족해 보이는.... 아~~~

    할 수 없죠.
    요즘은 정말로 노력한자보다 돈이 돈을 더 빨리 버는 세상이 되어버렸으니까요.

    개인 호수를 소유하고 있는...그 느낌은 어떨까요?
    주정부에서 보호구역으로 지정해놓으면 호수 소유주도 제한 될까요?
    정말 상상속의 질문을 해 봅니다. ㅎㅎ

    호수는 보호구역이 아니고.....
    주변 숲만 보호구역입니다...

    숲에서 곰, 멧되지, 여우, 칠면조 등등.... 많이 산답니다..

    한번은 집앞 뜰까지 곰이 나와서 총을 쏴서 잡은다음 쓸개, 간, 발바닥 등등... 드셨답니다...

    요즘 한국도 옛날과 달리 땅값이 올라서 서로 길을 막고 이웃간에 원수가 되어가는 곳이 드러
    있더군요.. 땅값이 오르지 않았더라면 이런 일도 없었을텐데, 결국은 돈이 문제를 일으키지요.
